EL84 Single Ended Output Stage

PH-DS1 represents a pinnacle of vacuum tube amplifying engineering, designed to provide an unrivaled level of transparency and dynamic scale. By leveraging the inherent sonic purity of the EL84 Single-Ended Triode (SET) topology combined with high-performance output transformers, the device captures the most subtle micro-details with profound clarity and lifelike delicacy.

– EL84 uses Transformer output, designed with very low output impedance, so the ability to supply large and fast current, thanks to which the sound can easily achieve very high dynamics.

– The entire signal circuit is designed with the shortest transmission path and Point-to-point connection, helping to preserve the optimal signal. Therefore, the smallest details of the sound to be amplified in a subtle and extremely detailed way.

True Balanced XLR Output

EL84 Output Stage is True Balanced output for optimal noise reduction. Benefits:

– Reduced noise and interference: This is especially important in environments with a lot of electrical noise or when using 2m – 3m -5m – 10m long XLR cables etc.

– Improved signal integrity: By minimizing noise, balanced connections ensure a cleaner and more accurate audio signal.

– Longer cables: The ability to maintain signal quality over longer distances makes the True Balanced connections ideal for systems in large rooms, arranging LP, CD sources etc. close to the listening position and far from the Amplifier, Speakers. In that case, it is necessary to use a 6-12 meter XLR cable or longer.
