Output Transformer (OPT) is one of the technologies that has been researched, developed and directly manufactured for nearly 20 years by our in-house experienced engineering team. Through many years of painstaking testing, the OPTs we manufacture have become one of the extremely important and valuable components, creating the super high fidelity and dynamics for all our tube amplifiers and tube hybrid amplifiers. The sound brought by amplifier designs using OPTs is extremely delicate, emotional, and natural. Without in-depth and scientific research on Output Transformer (OPT), it is impossible to understand the GREAT VALUES that OPT brings to amplified sound!!!
Today, all our amplifiers now use output transformers manufactured by in-house engineers. The OPT is designed for use in Tube Hybrid Amplifiers such as P200, P100, M90, M100, M60, M40 . . . has helped expand sound quality to a new level, with a flat frequency range, excellent quiet background, and especially 200% increased dynamics compared to amplifiers that do not use output transformers. The only disadvantage of OPT is that it is “VERY BIG & VERY HEAVY”, which often increases the weight of the device.
In the MAVIS Tube Hybrid Amplifier product ecosystem, with the harmonious combination of voltage amplified by tube and strong current amplified by solid state, the Mavis Tube Hybrid amplifiers have optimally exploited the strengths of both amplifier designs.
